Let me introduce myself!
I want to share my background and my motivation for ecommerce and web development!
No education within web development
My name is Fredrik, I come from Trondheim, Norway, where I live with my girlfriend, 2 dogs and our baby named Noah.
My educational background is nothing within web development, IT or programming. I have a bachelors degree in nautical science, and a masters degree in maritime operations.
I used to work as a deck officer onboard shuttle tankers, loading crude oil from installations in the north sea then discharging in various terminals in north-Europe.
I have had various roles onshore as well within the maritime/oil and gas industry; surveillance of various oil fields in the north sea, teacher within maritime subjects, inspector for chemical tankers, and HSEQ within the renewable sector offshore.
Currently I am working for an energy company in Norway, with safety.
